Cleanse your skin as normal, and massage a small quantity of Benzoyl Peroxide in to your pimples. Most medication, including Proactive acne cream, bought or prescribed in the Western world is wasted. I say that not because it is dispensed for the wrong conditions, but because we, the patients, either don’t take the medication at all or we only part-complete the course and end up throwing the rest away.

That’s a question I get asked regularly, and the answer to that question is yes – if the treatment doesn’t work for you, however if it does, it might just be excellent value for money.
